Recipe | Mayan Wonder Bars



  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups almond butter
  • 1/2 cup quinoa, toasted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • toasted 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • toasted 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup pecans or macadamia nuts, toasted
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add the spices to the maple syrup and rice syrup in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in a well-oiled 9-inch-by-13-inch casserole dish and bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Allow to completely cool before slicing.
